Returns policy
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, complete, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Returned items must be in original packaging with labels/tags and all accessories. We cannot accept used, damaged by customer, incomplete, or hygiene-sensitive items when opened.
Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Use tracked shipping and keep proof of dispatch.
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method after inspection. Original outbound shipping may be non-refundable unless required by law or the issue was our mistake.
