Product descriptions, availability, prices, customer-paid shipping and VAT/tax totals are shown before payment. We may correct obvious errors and refuse orders that cannot be fulfilled.

Hosted Stripe Checkout collects card details. Stella Norelli stores order/payment status and Stripe identifiers only. Payment is not final until Stripe confirms it.

Shipping methods and prices are quoted by destination. Omniva parcel lockers are currently offered for EE/LV/LT where available; address delivery is used for other destinations, with DPD/DHL integrations planned.

Checkout email is used as the username for confirmation and account smart links. Customer accounts may be deleted only when no active or undelivered orders remain.

Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days after delivery under the Returns policy. Refunds are issued to the original Stripe payment method after inspection/approval.

You may not use the store for illegal purchases, fraudulent payments, sanctions evasion, tax evasion or misuse of accounts. We may suspend or cancel orders/accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by Latvian law where applicable. If a term is invalid, the remaining terms continue. We may update these terms for legal, operational or service changes.
