SIA EuroVentro operates stellanorelli.com and is the controller for Stella Norelli customer, order, account, payment-status and support data.
Account email/password hash, checkout contact details, shipping address, order items, shipping country/method, pickup point details, payment status/Stripe identifiers, customer messages, fraud-prevention and security logs.
To operate the store, create and deliver orders, calculate customer-paid shipping and VAT/tax, process Stripe payments, send order/account notifications, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet accounting/legal obligations.
Stripe handles card/payment processing. Shipping partners may receive delivery data. Email/SMS/support providers may process messages. Authorities/accountants may receive records where law requires.
You can request access, correction or deletion. Account deletion is allowed when there are no active or undelivered orders. Order, tax, payment, fraud-prevention and legal records may be retained where legally required.
Card details are not stored by Stella Norelli. Admin access is owner-restricted; customer sessions and account links are signed; production integrations fail closed when required credentials are missing.
